Recipe: Chilly Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 bar Pascati 72% dark
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 table spoons chia seeds
- A dash of paprika
- A handful of berries
- Some coconut milk/ yogurt (optional)
- Pascati cacao powder

Method
🌶️Heat the water in a saucepan, while its simmering break the Pascati bar into pieces and add them into the water.
🌶️Stir continuously on medium heat until well combined and add a small pinch of paprika powder.
🌶️Use an ice bath to cool the mixture while stirring.
🌶️Keep two serving bowls ready and once cooled pour the chocolate water mix into the bowls and stir in the chia. Mix it well.
🌶️Top with a handful of your favourite winter berries and some coconut yogurt for that extra creaminess and garnish with cacao powder.
🌶️Let it sit outside or in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight (for a mousse like viscosity)
🌶️Enjoy your super easy, light and indulgent conscious pudding for breakfast, an evening snack, dessert or your salt free dinner. It's super versatile!

Serves 2.

Note: Water offers the lowest calorie version of this recipe, however it can be swapped with any plant based milk.
